If you would like to channel Reiki energy yourself you can do this by attending one of my Reiki courses.

Anyone can learn to give Reiki regardless of age, experience and religious beliefs. No previous knowledge or training is required and once the Reiki is activated by the attunement process, you will be able to radiate this wonderful energy for yourself, your family and your friends.

Hiya Kim. Thanks so much for an amazing day. You made me so welcome and I felt really at peace. The reiki is helping me everyday and I don't seem to have too many adverse effects which is good. Mainly just good ones.  I have felt emotional at times as though working through things, I feel this is a positive though as I feel as though I'm healing.
I practice each day for at least one self treatment and really am feeling more at peace.
Please keep me posted for your next reiki 2 course as I definitely want to do it please :)

First degree Reiki course

Reiki 1 is an informal one-day course, which provides an introduction to Reiki. There will be a maximum of 6 students. The course will cover:

• What is Reiki?
• The history of Reiki
• The Reiki principles
• Introduction to the energy systems of the body
• How Reiki works
• How to give a Reiki treatment to yourself and others
• Other uses of Reiki
• The Reiki degrees

During the day you will receive your Reiki 1 attunement (on a one-to-one-basis). This opens up your channels to enable you to tap into the unlimited supply of 'life force energy' that surrounds us. You will then have the ability to use this energy to heal yourself and help to heal others.

Following your attunement there will be a practical session in which you give and receive a Reiki treatment, using the skills you have learned earlier.
 

Price

The cost of the course is £110 and this includes a comprehensive Reiki 1 course manual and your Reiki 1 certificate.

You will need to bring a packed lunch, but light refreshments and all drinks will be provided.

A deposit of £40 will be required to secure your place on the course.

Second degree Reiki course

Second degree Reiki connects you to a greater volume of Reiki energy and enables you to become a Reiki practitioner if you so wish.

During the course you will be given 3 sacred symbols, each having a specific function. A large part of the training received is based on the understanding and use of these symbols.

You will receive 2 Reiki attunements. As a result of these attunements you will develop a greater sensitivity to energy and may become more psychically aware.

The level 2 course will cover:

• Experiences of Reiki l
• Explanation of the meaning of the 3 sacred symbols
• Application of the 3 symbols
• Distance / absent healing
• Scanning
• Beaming
• Advanced Reiki techniques
• Setting up a Reiki practice

Price

The course will run over two days and will mainly take the form of practical sessions together with meditation and visualisations. There will be plenty of opportunities for practising the new methods learned during the course.

The cost of the course is £165 and this includes a comprehensive Reiki ll course manual and your Reiki ll certificate.

You will need to bring a packed lunch, but light refreshments and all drinks will be provided.

A deposit of £50 will be required to secure your place on the course.
