It was created by holistic beauty expert, Ziggie Bergman, after she spent time studying with Native American Shaman and healers in New Mexico. Ziggie is the renowned 'Facial Reflexologist to the stars' and works at the exclusive Grace Belgravia clinic in London but also spends time teaching reflexologists her unique method. Zone Face Lift is a totally non-invasive treatment and helps to naturally lift the skin, sculpt the jawline, boost collagen and support lymphatic drainage. For many people this will eliminate the need for Botox and offers a more natural alternative to dermal fillers.

Although visible benefits can be seen with a one-off session, optimal results are obtained with a course of 12 weekly treatments.

The programme is tailored to your individual needs and the first session begins with a full consultation plus your treatment.

Each subsequent session comprises of a full Facial Reflexology treatment plus the Zone Face Lift massage. During the 12 week programme you will also experience two Zone Face Lift holistic facials. These indulgent treatments incorporate the use of hot towels and organic skincare products to cleanse, exfoliate and nourish the skin. Whilst the face mask is working you will be guided through a healing visualisation to help release any tensions or negativity in the body. The whole programme can be seen as a transformational journey during which balance is restored in your body, emotions are released and the skin is improved to achieve a wonderful anti-ageing effect.
